Printing on envelopes is easy using Microsoft Word. Go to Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels and choose the Envelopes tab.
Printing on envelopes works best when you use envelopes made for your specific printer. Most HP greeting cards with envelopes are inkjet compatible. If you use a laser printer, check the envelope packaging to be sure the envelopes are compatible with your printer before buying.
