HP All-in-One printer

Introduction

Now that you’ve got an HP printer or all-in-one, you’ll need the right accessories to help you get the most out of it. Explore HP’s selection of accessories, from batteries and cases to wireless adapters and digital imaging software.

Maximize your warranty

When you buy a printer from HP, you’ll receive outstanding service and support. In fact, HP was recently recognized by J.D. Power and Associates as a Certified Technology Service and Support Center for consistently providing “an outstanding customer service experience.” So if you have any problems, HP is always available via phone, e-mail, or the web.

You can further protect your investment by upgrading your standard warranty with a two- or three-year HP Next-Day Exchange Extended Service Plan. That way, if something goes wrong with your printer after the standard warranty period, you get a new one delivered to your door the next business day for an additional two or three years.

Enjoy the freedom of wireless printing

Print without cables—on the road or at home
Available for select printers, a wireless printer card (often referred to as a wireless network card)
makes it convenient to print anywhere a wireless network is available—without cables. You can send a document or photo to any printer, anywhere in your house. So you can look at vacation pictures on your laptop at the kitchen table, and send a favorite shot to the photo printer in the den. It also allows multiple PCs to use the same printer. Just pop the card into the printer’s CompactFlash card slot and you’re ready.

Print from Bluetooth devices
Want to print a cell-phone snapshot of the birthday boy during the party? A wireless adapter makes it easy to quickly transfer and print photos cable-free from camera phones and other Bluetooth wireless technology devices, including select cameras, notebook PCs, PDAs, and other handheld devices. It’s simple to connect the adapter to select HP printers using the front USB port.

Save time and paper

With a two-sided printing accessory, you can automatically print on both sides of the page, saving time and decreasing paper waste. This accessory makes it quick and easy to print brochures, reports, and photo-album pages without having to manually flip and re-feed each page.

Do more with your photos

View, edit, print, organize, and share your pictures with HP Photosmart Premier (formerly known as HP Image Zone 5) photo software. Easily crop and resize photos, plus remove red-eye, make lighting adjustments, and add special effects like a sepia tone.

HP Photosmart Premiere is included on select HP products. Or, you can download HP Photosmart Essential free, which has many of the same features.

You can print your photos in multiple sizes, with borders or without. And the easy-to-use search function allows you to sort by date or folder. Plus, you can e-mail photos without large attachments, or upload your pictures to Snapfish, HP’s online photo service, for family and friends to view and order. HP Photosmart Premiere also includes templates for greeting cards, calendars, and other creative photo projects.

Keep printing with a portable printer battery

HP long-lasting batteries (internal and external) for HP compact photo printers make it more convenient than ever to print on the go. They’re lightweight (only eight ounces) and powerful, allowing you to print up to 85 4" x 6" photos on a single charge.
Power-saving mode helps you conserve energy, and you can simply recharge the battery while it’s in the printer. If you want the option to print or recharge an internal battery in your car, consider a car power adapter.

Carry your printer in style

HP printer carrying case
Use a stylish case to tote your compact printer and accessories anywhere, while protecting them from damage. Some cases even include a rechargeable battery. HP printer cases feature multiple compartments for printing supplies and personal items, as well as padded handles and shoulder straps for easy carrying. They’re also durable and easy to clean.

Don’t forget a printer cable

Remember to purchase a printer-to-computer cable if the printer you buy doesn’t include one (unless you’re going wireless exclusively). Options include standard USB cables and USB 2.0 cables for faster transfer of photos and other data.
